Short Description.
Vel's very bubbly on the outside. This is partly because she tries too hard to cover up the fact that inside she is a big mess. Of course, before she ever even knew she had problems, she was always rather perky. She's VERY open with those that she feels comfortable with. In most cases it takes her a very long time to be very comfortable with anyone (she has trust issues because of how she grew up), but in rare cases, she can become very attached to people in a short amount of time. Vel has had a bad habit of attracting the wrong type of guy in the past, which make's Luke overprotective of her as a result.
Author's Note
A chunk of Vel comes from my personality. Mainly on the subject of interests. We have a lot in common based on preference and opinion, however Vel's outward actions differ vastly from my own. Some of the things that have happened to Vel [or may happen] come from my own experiences, however, they are blown WAY out of proportion, to make things more interesting of course. Vel has had a way harder life than mine, and is less willing to let go of that which haunts her, while I kind of forget things rather quickly, or at least, get over them.
