Short Description.
She's tempermental, clingy, obsessed, paranoid, and above all LOONY. Her first impressions are usually just that, but beneath the nutty exterior is a very sweet, scared girl. Author's Note
Clem does stem from a friend, but a VERY EXTREME version of a friend. She came because I decided Chazzy needed a woman to teach him a lesson, and while Clem is actually as kooky as she seems, she has a method to her madness sometimes.
